“Rich and creamy Michelin-recognised chicken soup with smoked pork chashu, smoked duck chashu, Kagoshima A5 wagyu rib cap, smoked ajitama, baby spinach, truffle paste, enoki chips, crispy homemade mochi noodle, red onion, green onion and pea tendrils. Served with wavy mochi noodles - which was firm which I love. Very tasty! I really like the variety of different meats — it makes it much more interesting than the usual chashu you normally get with ramen. You have to love creamy soup to love this dish!”
7Uni Handroll
“The uni handroll with chives was delicious — literally two bites and it was gone! The seaweed was beautifully crunchy and the uni tasted fresh, although the portion was quite small with only two pieces of sea urchin. It made a tasty little snack, but I felt the ratio was a bit off, with too much seaweed compared with the uni and rice. For this portion size, I think it would work much better as gunkan sushi rather than a handroll.”
