“This is my favourite cake of all time. The different layers of coconut, together with the coconut sauce, gula Melaka and freshly grated coconut, made the flavour absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly rich and fragrant — you could really smell the gula Melaka in every bite. Maybe a little over the top on the cream at the top, but overall still the most delicious cake I’ve ever had.”

“The Strawberry Japanese Chiffon Cake tastes incredibly fresh — like the perfect summer cake. The sponge is soft and light, with a delicate texture that doesn’t feel heavy at all. It also has little bursts of lychee popping pearls, similar to the ones you get in bubble tea, which gives it a fun and very Asian-inspired touch. Overall, it’s a light, refreshing cake with freshly cut strawberry.”
