“My fav go place for Bánh Cuốn (Vietnamese steamed rice rolls) were absolutely delicious! Filled with dried prawns and minced pork, they were beautifully made, with incredibly thin, delicate and silky rice sheets. The lady prepared each roll fresh on-site, which made the experience even more special. It reminded me of the authentic street food I’ve enjoyed in Vietnam! Served with fresh herbs, basil, lettuce and dipping sauce.”
