  “The noodles have great wok hei and that carries the dish. The sauce is a bit too gluggy.”

  “There are a lot of noodles - way too much and too little broth. The soup is thick - tasty and a bit spicy but in general the execution is a bit poor. There should be less noodles and more broth. The onion should be cut up finer. It’s a pity - the taste is there but it’s not right.”

  “The soup was quite good and there were a lot of noodles. Probably too much to be honest.”

  “The sauce is pretty good - the pipis are small but I don’t mind at all. The crispy vermicelli was ok - the noodles weren’t as fine as I’ve had in some other places but they soaked up the sauce well.”
