  Live Lobster with Mushroom Risotto

  “This is a hard one to rate. The lobster was well executed - perhaps a bit undercooked in parts but that’s a tiny quibble. The risotto was creamy and tasty but extremely mushy to the point that I had to query the waiter about it but apparently that’s just how they do it.”

  Mahi Mahi and Shrimp Cavatelli

  “The mahi mahi was silky and smooth while the shrimp was well seared. The cavatelli was underwhelming - not my favourite pasta shape and the slightly tomato and chilli sauce was just ok.”

  “The pork shank was a bit dry in parts but the sauce was good. The garlic whipped potatoes was amazing.”
