“Absolutely fantastic! He prepared them fresh for me. You should always ask for the nigiri to be prepared freshly. The scallop were a good size and perfectly torched. The rice was at room temperature and the nikiri sauce was delicious!”

“The salmon avocado hand-roll was delicious. It was a nice combination of slices of salmon and avocado, not leftover cuts. The crunchy seaweed complemented the soft rice perfectly. It was lovely except for the cold rice.”
