  “This bread pudding was absolutely delicious. Topped with freshly baked caramelised apple strips and creamy vanilla ice cream, every bite was packed with warm apple, cinnamon, and vanilla flavours. Rich, comforting, and beautifully executed, it was impossible to stop eating. A standout dessert.”

  Breakfast Bibimbap

  “Bibimbap for breakfast!!! Refreshing and it was really interesting. It’s not your typical breakfast dish. The bibimbap was delicious and arrived piping hot in a skillet, with crispy rice at the bottom adding a great texture. The hot sauce was flavourful, and there were plenty of vegetables and mushrooms throughout. Instead of the usual beef, this version used ham and sausage, which gave it a unique twist. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dish and a creative alternative to the standard breakfast options.”

  “A comforting local-style beef patty served with mushroom gravy, a sunny-side-up egg, crispy garlic white rice, and crispy tempura kimchi. The beef was juicy and the gravy was savoury and satisfying, while the egg tied everything together nicely. A hearty, well-executed dish that’s full of flavour. Tempura kimchi was a nice touch!”

  “A playful and creative take on French toast. The cornflake-crusted sweet bread had a satisfying crunch, while the billionaire’s bacon added a savoury contrast. The Frosted Flakes gelato was rich and nostalgic, bringing everything together into a decadent yet dessert-style breakfast. A unique dish that’s definitely worth trying if you are not counting calories!”
