    Bucatini, Vongole, Shiitake, Garlic, Chilli

The clam pasta with herbs and mushroom sauce was full of flavour. The sauce was rich. Unfortunately, the pasta was overcooked. Even after a second replacement, the texture was still too soft. Some of the clam shells were also broken, so be careful when eating as you might bite into shell pieces.

  • Pappardelle, Lamb Ragu at Bar Totti's7

    Pappardelle, Lamb Ragu

The pappardelle with slow-cooked lamb ragu had authentic, tender pasta. The lamb was cooked well, but I found the dish lacked seasoning. The sauce was very tomato-forward and could have used more depth and richness to bring out the flavour of the lamb.

  • Burrata at Bar Totti's8

    Burrata

The burrata cheese was fresh, creamy, and very tasty. It paired well with the olive oil, and together they went perfectly with the warm bread.

  • Sardines at Bar Totti's7.5

    Sardines

The Italian-style fresh sardines were very fresh and served with olive oil. They had a stronger fish flavour, but after squeezing lemon over them, they became fresh and balanced. They went very well with the bread.

  • Wood-fired Bread at Bar Totti's8

    Wood-fired Bread

The wood-fired bread was very fluffy with a soft inside. You could taste the smoky flavour from the wood fire, and it was very tasty.

  • King Prawns, Chilli at Bar Totti's8

    King Prawns, Chilli

The grilled king prawns were a generous size, about one and a half prawns per serve. They were topped with a spicy chilli sauce that added great flavour. The prawns were very fresh, sweet, and delicious.
